Our radiotherapy appeal is launching soon
We’re very excited to be supporting the new MKUH radiotherapy centre by launching a fundraising appeal this April.
Those of you who supported our cancer centre appeal that ran from 2018-2020 will remember the many events and opportunities we organised so that people could fundraise and be involved. Through the appeal we’ll be enhancing the experience for patients and families right here in Milton Keynes.
If you would like to register for details you can sign up to our newsletter by emailing fundraising@mkuh.nhs.uk.
On Wednesday 5 July our wonderful NHS will be 75 years old, and the whole country is invited to its birthday party! Hold your own afternoon tea celebration and raise money for your local hospital charity at the same time.
Visit the dedicated Big Tea page to find out more.
Join in the fifth year of our campaign to get everyone fundraising for the hospital by holding green-themed events. Whether you want to have a green cake sale, or wear green clothes at school, treat your colleagues to a plant sale in the office, or just do a sponsored run or walk wearing the charity’s green colour, then it’s up to you.
Find out more from our dedicated Be Seen in Green page, and get involved!

If you would like to raise money for a specific area or department, please contact fundraising@mkuh.nhs.uk and we can talk you through how to do it. And don’t forget that it’s absolutely fine to raise money for the hospital in general, if that’s what you’d prefer, and we’ll use the money you donate wherever the need is greatest.
