You can Be Seen In Green in October and help us make a difference to patients, families and the staff who care for them at Milton Keynes University Hospital.
Milton Keynes Hospital Charity launched Be Seen In Green in 2019, urging people in Milton Keynes to raise money for the cancer centre.
Over 40 organisations including schools, community groups, and local businesses, donned their green outfits and baked green cakes, among a creative variety of other activities, and helped to raise an incredible £22,000!
In 2020 Be Seen In Green helped fund a special BabyLeo incubator for the neonatal unit. This year we’re looking to support multiple areas including the cancer centre, neonatal unit and cardiology.
The concept of Be Seen In Green is simple. Hold a fundraiser, give it a green theme and help raise money for chartable projects at the hospital.
You can help us make a difference by doing anything green-themed, whether that’s a virtual quiz with a green-themed round; a green bake off; you could run or walk in green or have a plant sale! Big or small, every penny makes a difference.
You can also get in touch to receive our be seen in green pack,
that contains balloons, stickers, and other green goodies
In 2019 the Milton Keynes community were proud to Be Seen In Green and helped us raise over £22,000 for the new Cancer Centre at Milton Keynes University Hospital. Here’s just a few of the amazing people who took part.
