Join us for the much-anticipated return of our Gala Ball!
Prepare for an enchanting evening of fun, fine food, and lots of dancing – all in support of our Radiotherapy Wellbeing Hub Appeal.
This year’s springtime celebration-themed May Ball will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bletchley, on Saturday 18 May 2024.
Starting at 7pm, guests will be welcomed with a drinks reception, followed by a delicious three-course meal. Then it’s on to mingling and dancing until 1am when carriages will be arranged.
There’ll be entertainment and a live auction, alongside a raffle and live music too.
There’s a ticket with your name on, all in support of a great cause. Now to find something to wear… (it’s black tie).
Support our Radiotherapy Wellbeing Hub Appeal
We’re raising £500,000 for the creation of a tranquil space within Milton Keynes University Hospital’s new Radiotherapy Centre, where patients and their loved ones can find a moment’s solace when needed.

Terms and Conditions
- This is a ticket-free event meaning physical tickets will not be sent to you beforehand. You will be added to the guest list and register on arrival.
- Maximum 12 people per table.
Cancellation policy
- Your booking is not secured until Milton Keynes Hospital Charity have confirmed availability and received full payment for your table.
- Once secured notification of any cancellation must be in writing to Vanessa Holmes at the charity address.
- Cancellations received on or after 18 April will be required to pay 50% of the full price of the package cancelled and no refunds.
- Cancellations received on or after 19 April will be required to pay 100% of the full price of the package cancelled and no refunds will be made.
- In addition, we shall be entitled to charge any reasonable costs incurred by us in relation to the booking and cancellation. All payments paid by you will be reduced by any amounts due to use before they are returned to you. Such monies shall be recoverable from you by us as a debt.
- In the case of events outside of our reasonable control (including serious damage to the venue, pandemic or epidemic, adverse weather or other) where a) required to postpone, the cost of your booking will be transferred to the postponed date, or, b) required to cancel, the cost of your booking will be refunded to you.
