Milton Keynes Hospital Charity raises money for all wards and departments at Milton Keynes University Hospital. Our fundraising helps to improve patient experience and ensure that their stay at the hospital is as comfortable and positive as possible.
Our fundraising has enabled wards and departments to purchase items such as a teaching skeleton for the chronic pain team, and bright and calming artwork for our children’s wards.
Fundraising helps us achieve our mission – of giving everyone coming into our hospital the best possible care.
State of the
to help support
This couldn’t be achieved without the fantastic support of people in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Fundraising makes a huge difference and has helped change the lives of thousands of patients and their families.
Head of Charity
I’m Vanessa and I’m head of the charity at MKUH. I’ve worked at the hospital since January 2011, leading on the developing and delivering our strategy. I love connecting people to our hospital and the charity; networking with others to help them make a difference.
Community and Individual Giving lead
I’m Sam and I joined the hospital charity team in June 2021 as their senior community and events fundraiser. I look after our incredible donors and support groups and individual fundraisers around MK. If you’d like to fundraise to say thank you or make a difference then get in touch!
Trust fundraising lead
I’m Hazel and I joined the hospital charity in June 2021 as trust and foundations fundraiser. I apply to trusts to receive funding for certain projects which the charity is funding. Donations can range from £500 to over six figures!
